Here I am writing review for one of most seasoned real estate agents, Laura Coffey, we happen to work with in our search of our first home almost eight months ago in Valencia, CA area. I interviewed several realtors but when we met Laura, we knew instantly she is the one. Despite, we did not get first few of homes we bid, she never relented and kept trying to find the best house that fits our requirement and interest. Let me tell you our requirement was not trivial nothing short of tall order as we want to avoid fire or flood zone, a quiet and safe neighborhood preferably cul-de-sac, no swimming pool, with big enough driveway and backyard, vaulted ceiling and two-story single-family home. Surprisingly enough, she came through it matching all our requirements. Moreover, to top that the house was not even in the market yet and well within our price range. As you all know what is like being first time buyer with all anxiety, frustration, and fear of unknown when dealing with lengthy and intricate process of buying a home. But for Laura, she made us feel at ease, guiding and encouraging every step of the way till the we got the keys in our hand without ever taking any advantage of our vulnerability or inexperience. She went out of her way to make sure we got the best deals from the lending bank and escrow agent. She did not make any concession to homeowners, their agent and home inspectors to make sure the home is apprised accurately till the very last moment. It was like being in a right place and time with a right person. As a person she is amazingly wonderful, very responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to provide any help we need. Till date, she is responding to our calls and helping us find right contractors and solutions for all kinds of home repair. We must admit our American dream to own a single-family home would have remained only a dream if not for her relentless hard work. Sometimes, we tend to forget she is a real estate agent rather a close family member with all best wishes in her heart for our well being. There is nothing more we can possibly ask from such a dedicated, persevering and very amiable real estate agent like Laura, the best thing that ever happened in our search for an American dream.
