We had a great experience at Castlestone! If we did not buy a house we would have stayed at Castlestone. It was hard to leave because of the type of environment that is there. They have always been urgent if anything is needed and ensure that everything functions properly. They are very nice and have excellent communication. The process to get in and out was smooth and easy. Everyone that I have encountered was a pleasure to meet. The unit itself was upgraded and beautiful. Thank you Castlestone!!!

We rented from Castlestone for about 5 years and have nothing but great things to say! They are very helpful, honest and professional. Probably one of the best I have rented from in the area. The ease of contacting them for anything I needed was very nice and rare these days. Even their maintenance are nice and super good at what they do. The owner, management and staff take very good care of their tenants. Sad to leave this property management as I moved away, but highly recommended for anyone looking to rent.

Castlestone Properties is incredible to work with. Great communication, attention to detail and follow through. Loyal, fair and honest. They treat their good Tennants the way you want to be treated. Easy to work with! I have always felt grateful to be a Castlestone Tennant and as time passes, I find myself more and more greatful! Hands down 5 stars, zero complaints!

I have been a tenant with Castlestone Properties for approximately 2 years and have had no problems. When we initially moved in, there was much needed attention to the property due to the previous tenants. It was dealt with and fixed promptly. We have no issues or concerns with them. Their staff has been nothing but friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them!

I must be very honest castlestone property. Has gave me a chance to live in there home but i must say my inhome worker has damage my mind and filled me with so much lies to destroy me liveing in the home i loved. And i have now fired my inhome worker .Danita souders. She has destroyed my relationship with castle stone property im disabled and i got taken advantage of from danita souders people want honesty i am honest

Worst experience ever they charged me a application fee when they knew they were gonna denied me, I have great credit, great income, nothing on my credit no evictions nothing in collection etc nu10, I just knew I was gonna get the apartment, they don’t communicate at all they say they will call u but don’t u have to keep callin and following up.. I called for them to tell me oh u were denied at this time the “owner” denied you, I asked y thy didn’t have no answer thy just said the owner did so u ask to speak to the “ owner” then thy say oh it’s a company 🤔 um a company is ran by a owner!! I don’t like to blame color but I really think tht had a lot to do with it.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE OF COLOR OR WITHOUT COLOR TO RENT THREW THEM. if they can’t gv u a reason why u were denied then how will thy act or wat lies will thy tell if u rent from them 🤔
