The room we stayed in was wonderful. We found out that there is a saltwater pool and fire pit but we were late coming in and didn’t take advantage of fire pit and the pool was closed for the season. We were so tired and ready for a good nights sleep. And we slept very well. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, a great way to wake up and wand wash away the road grime. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back. Candy thanks for the tour around the rooms and outside. If you need a place to stay, whether it’s overnight or longer check this place out.

The room was never cleaned or serviced our entire 5 day stay. I was told by owners that the front desk told me I had to ask for cleaning and fresh towels, I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t clean daily unless the do not disturb card was put on the door. The front desk never said anything about asking for cleaning if needed for a fact they never even spoke with us during our stay. We had to call for fresh towels on thanksgiving night when we got back to the room and that’s the only time we spoke to them other than check in. We will never stay here again. It’s a shame such a beautiful place has went to crap in service the previous owners were awesome and always made sure their people were taken care of.

What a quaint motel in Yellville! We only stayed one night (off season in January) and it was a cozy experience. They have done well with remodeling to suit the needs of travelers looking for comfortable accommodations.

While caring for an ill family member, my husband and I spent two nights at the Carlton-Marion Motel in Yellville, AR. Our room was clean and roomy, meeting all our needs (except for a blow dryer). Thank you!

What a hidden Gem. The pictures on the website do not do this property justice. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully renovated and decorated. The views from the property are breath taking. The new property managers were welcoming and there for any needs. We only came for one night but extended our stay to enjoy more of the area and water activities with a clean and comfortable serene accommodation. Thank you Candy for your hospitality.

Room is remodeled, looks nice, the bathroom is tiny tho, specifically the area with the toilet. Would have been better to shorten the shower area and give a little more room in front of the toilet.
The coffee pot was up too high and the cord was so short so it couldn’t be brought down to a lower surface.
The manager Candyrae was super! So friendly and attentive,

We stayed here and loved it, room had been remodeled lately. Staff was friendly and very helpful with info of surrounding areas. We enjoyed the fire pit with other guest and all agreed it was a good place to stay. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Thank you Jay and Candy Rae, we had were able to visit our brother in arms! It was a great place to stay and spend time the rooms are nice and the fire pit out back gave us a beautiful view to sit in the sunshine and spend the day. Great visit hope we can come back soon! TYVM
