Shawnay Tidbal is an excellent realtor to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was on top of everything and responded immediately to all the major and minor red tape required in this daunting process.
She helped stratigize with us to give us the best deal possible, always looking out for our best interest. She was always positive, calm and focused in the face of stress. This totally helped take the burden off our shoulders.
Popping the cork on the champagne she brought over when the deal completed was such a joyous experience. So blessed to have had her representing us! I highly recommend Shawnay Tidball!!!
