My wife, young son and I stayed at this property for several weeks in March / April 2021. We confirmed with them repeatedly that the property was safe for young toddlers. First warning sign was that several pieces of heavy furniture were not attached to the wall, and that the electrical wiring was substandard. Oh and they had an nude adult photo session on the rooftop. Later our son was playing on the floor, found a button battery (that can be fatal to children) and put it in his mouth. Luckily I noticed him put something in his mouth and managed to get a battery out, however I could not be sure there wasn’t another battery that he injested. We took him to ER to get x-rayed to insure that he did not consume any others. Building manager, Elizabeth, then said they would pay for our medical expenses; but fast forward 2 months, Elizabeth has left and the building is refusing to honor her assurances saying it’s not their *policy* to pay for medical bills that are clearly a result of their negligence. This building is run by charlatans, stay elsewhere if you can.
