We recently moved out and am very happy we did. We lived there for almost 2 years.

There’s always dog waste left in the grass. Any time maintenance was called to our apartment it’d end up smelling like marijuana. We were blamed by maintenance for a pipe busting behind the shower and into the closet because we had gotten a shower head that had a filter.

The vent in our closet was pouring water for about a month, we were never offered a window ac unit until the very end so it was a debate on having water leak into the carpet or deal with no ac and 90+ degrees outside. It ended up leaking on our expensive WiFi router and ruining it. The water from that leak went under the wall and soaked into the bedroom, mold started to grow and they came in to fix the issue, left the mold and a huge hole in the ceiling.

Be careful trying to cross the parking lot because people speed through there like crazy, my niece and I were walking across once and someone came speeding around the corner and nearly hit us. Plus the sunroof on my car had been shattered overnight one night.

(EDIT) RID O PEST COMPANY pest control does not help rid the roach issue.

Love the amenities but there is a continuous issue with roaches. Be prepared to clean out your cabinets every month for pest control to come and spray. This issue is only temporary, as the pests return almost immediately. Seeing 1 a month is still too many in my opinion. Secondly the parking here is awful. I would rather pay for parking at this point. Thirdly my car was struck in a hit and run, unfortunately the cameras were not working in that area or nonexistent. Also in the winter month's prepare to salt your building stairs yourself because the office is NOT accountable for slip and falls. I want to say lower stars but i enjoy the upkeep of the pool, gym, and golf course. Building 400 is generally quiet also.

Don’t rent from here. Seriously. Our closet vent started severely leaking water. Nobody was able to fix it for MONTHS. It’s currently Feb 2024 and we haven’t had a closet since Nov 2023. Mold in our air vents. Bugs that no one can seem to get rid of in EVERY unit. The people who work in the leasing office are always rude and have horrible customer service skills. When you finally get tired of having maintenance disrupt your life just to not fix the problem and you stop calling, they’ll say all of it was your fault. Save yourself the hassle. These people should be embarrassed of how they treat good, honest people who just want a decent place to live. We are moving and never looking back.

Very pissed my friend pays 1100 a month & and can’t bring family in from outta town to swim. I think it’s because we are black because not long ago she had three white friends with her three weeks ago & nothing was said they all got to swim don’t move here and if you stay here move asap

I lived in these apartments for about 2.5 years and I do not recommend living here. The apartments are outdated and there is animal waste everywhere outside. People speed through the parking lot and nothing is done about it. Maintenance is quick to show up when needed, but often will not fix the issue correctly. The rent increases by at least $50 every year and nothing is done to improve the complex. Cars are regularly broken into, and there is not sufficient lighting in the parking lot at night. The Greens at Longhills Apartments are not worth your money.
