While passing through Little Rock I decided to book a 2-night stay at the Urban Layover. I had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the space and the amenities. The Urban Layover provided a comfortable, clean, and spacious setup to relax in for my time in Little Rock. Also, as an avid coffee drinker, I was a big fan of the Nespresso machine! I'll definitely be booking again the next time I'm rolling through the big city of Little Rock!

My wife and I both used the Urban Layover during our time at Little Rock. The apartment was clean when we moved in and any issues we had were quickly addressed (our AC went out 5 months into our stay and was fixed in a day). With Ben also being an Air Force pilot he understood the nuances of our TDY and how to navigate the voucher process. Urban Layover was an easy, comfortable, and accommodating choice for us. Being downtown was ideal for us and the apartment had everything we needed (towels, linens, coffee maker, pots etc.)

Had a great experience at the Urban Layover!Really no complaints to be had. The living space was very new and clean with plenty of amenities. Property managers were very easy to reach and always more than willing to help make it a great experience. The location was great- very close to everything you could want downtown but also private and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed Aug 2021 - Mar 2022. Overall, I had an overall great experience at the rental property. The landlord & property manager were both super helpful, welcoming and flexible when it came to problems and questions I had. Within a walk of most things to do downtown and within 15 min or less of things outside of downtown so that helped. There's a super nice gym walking distance also which made it easy to workout. Highly recommend staying with Urban Layover if you're there for either a short or extended period! Amenities such as parking, kitchen space, Wifi, entertainment and furniture were supplied and exceptional.

The coolwood condo was a cozy place to stay, close to downtown and the drive to base was simple to get to the highway with light traffic regularly. There are several restaurants and a grocery store very close as well as a couple hiking/ running trails. The poolside area was nice to get outside and enjoy the nice Arkansas weather. The interior is nicely furnished, big TV, kitchen is fully decked out- it’s the perfect spot for a single occupant. Only criticism I can think of is road noise at rush hour in the evening and the occasional train horn. I enjoyed Little Rock and was expertly taken care of by The Urban Layover. I will be calling them next time I’m back for upgrade training.

I had an awesome experience staying at one of their condos in downtown Little Rock. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and the apartment was furnished with everything you needed. The TV had netflix, youtube tv, etc. The nicest part for me was that it was completely my space. I didn't have to worry about sharing bathrooms or leaving dirty dishes and stuff. Managers were all super helpful if I encountered any sort of issues.

Stayed in the one bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor and walking distance to downtown Little Rock. Also, the apartment was located in a gated apartment complex (which was a nice benefit). The crash pad came with washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/cooking utensils/eating utensils/plates/cups/dishwasher/Keurig machine), living room with a sofa, tv with YouTube TV/netlfix.
Also, plenty of storage space (especially if you're coming straight from a pilot training base)
It was about a 20min driving distance to base (all highway) so not that far at all.
The management team were easily accessible (text/phone/email) and answered promptly to whatever issues you brought up to them; and they also worked will with the training schedule you may have and even made the check-out process smooth.
