Danny Been was a phenomenal instructor! It was very evident throughout the class that he is a highly intelligent individual and extremely knowledgeable in terms of Real Estate. He answered all questions the class had thoroughly and did an exceptional job at relating real estate topics to real life scenarios and stories that help you actually remember the topic. Danny Been is not just a text book instructor, he is a story teller. This teaching method makes the material much easier to remember and comprehend. I am so grateful that I chose this Real Estate School and highly recommend it!

I've attended several real estate schools over the years and Arkansas Real Estate School provides the best overall experience hands down. Danny Been is a knowledgeable instructor and makes the process fun. Unlike other classroom instructors I've studied under, he is a practicing Broker and therefore able to couple lessons in the text book with real life examples. Five stars.

Danny is a great teacher. More than that he is a good Human being. I needed to discuss few things out, almost 6 months after our last class. I had zero touch with him. I called and texted him who I was. He calls back! That's what you need from a teacher..one who can teach you even after the classes. At one time ,he literally sat down and went thru things with me. He outdid all of my previous teachers.... Danny THANK YOU !!!

I took the class in February 2017! I enjoyed the class with Danny. He gives real examples that will stick with you when you leave. I didn't take my test until September 2017 and I passed on the first try! Take notes, highlight and most importantly...listen to his stories.
