I would not recommend this realty company to anyone! I moved into a home that had not been occupied for over a year! I was willing to remain a tenant if the rent could be reviewed and lowered. I moved out and left the home the same way they gave it to me and my security deposit was not returned in full because I was charged for yard clean up and changing air filters, bulbs and smoke detectors! Things that weren’t even changed while I was a tenant! These are the responsibility of the owner anyway to get the home ready for the next tenant and should not have been taken out of my security deposit! Not to mention the rent was lowered after I moved out but I was told it could not be done!!

Worst company I have ever rent from. The house was in bad shape floors buckled so bad we couldn’t open doors properly. Air unit was a hot mess had to put it on heater for air conditioner to come on. Was told they were going to fix floors never did. When we moved out they kept our full deposit even thought are lease ended and we hadn’t heard anything from they about renewing. When I call they about it they said we had gone month to month lease when we had never discussed it. And when I asked about the floors I was advice that Arkansas does not required landlords to repair floors. So I guess they are saying they can be slump landlords. I hope no one rents the house we were in.

I really wish I could give this company 0 star! I'm a soldier and got stationed here. This is a horrible company to rent from. When it comes to maintenance issues. They seem to have only one guy that does everything. I've had an issues since March and here it is June and its still incomplete. And another they haven't even begun to work on! This is totally unacceptable because I pay my rent on time every month! I will NEVER lease from this company again! I will be sure to warn all other soldiers not to lease from them!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless you want broken things and refusal to fix them! Took 2 weeks for them to get someone to come out and look at our broken pipe in the kitchen sink, tile countertops are cracked and falling off, no fridge and no microwave (and at the price we are renting at, those things should be included!). I could keep going, but i will leave it at that. I hope someone else doesn’t get the short end of the stick like we did!

From a property management view, I would not put your trust in this company. They are not out to help you. I have to request my check from them every month, which is always at least 2 months late. I have a feeling they are having liquidity issues and are heading towards bankruptcy. There have been so many more issues than just that, only reason I don't give them a 1 star is they are at least paying eventually.

(Tenant Perspective) Last night at 7pm, the AC stopped working. I texted Jordan directly and let him know of the situation and a few hours later he texted me back saying to contact any service company I could to get it fixed. It was a rough night to say the least, but with the temperatures supposed to climb up into the 100's (I have two small toddlers I'm worried about for dehydration), he was awesome in contacting an emergency HVAC company the next morning. They paid the emergency fee, since it was on a weekend, and got our A/C up and running again by 10am today.

Technically, he could of waited to get it fixed by a "guy he knows" but the fact that he was willing to ensure we were comfortable as fast as possible is a huge positive in my book. Thanks again guys, you rock!
