This process has been absolutely horrible! Amy Eden has been paid, the seller has been paid, all parties have been paid since October 2023 from the sell of the house owned by Ashley Caves. After my previous post, Amy did get in touch with my agent. However, they only paid for the service call and repair not the initial service etc. I have NOT moved into my home b/c of this major water leak. We closed October 26, 2023. I went on Amy Eden review and read a review from the seller praising, Amy and saying that this home had so many problems that it probably would not have sold! (Read Ashley Review). It is unfair to me, a first time homebuyer, disabled grandmother (8) to have to deal with this. I have had to pay 1350.00 at my apartment, in addition to my current mortgage 1573.24 for the last 2 1/2 mo. Not to mention the utilities at both residencies. How is this fair to me! When you all did not disclose all of the issues the seller referenced in her review referencing Amy. I am trying to give all parties involved an opportunity to resolve this issue. I haven't been paid for the leak detection service of 350.00. I have a 200.00 plus water bill at my home, and 100 at my apt. Not to mention, 3,146.48 for Dec/Jan mortgage payments. My apt rent for 2 months is 2, 700.00. I am getting ready to pay yet another rent/mortgage payment as of Feb 1. Still NOT in my home! The closing of my home should have been one of the happiest times of my life. It has not! I should not have to be going through this issue. Now i see why Amy was so eager to close. I also, want a complied list of everything that was wrong and not disclosed prior to closing, as Ashley, stated in her review. As of today, only about 600.00 has been paid. The seller and the agent cannot tell me that they weren’t aware of the issues pertaining to this house before the sell. There is documentation that there were a lot of issues, from the sellers own words. I have documented proof that at least the water issue began in July 2022. If i would have known that this house had any issues i would not have purchased it.

I purchased a home in which Ashley C was the seller and Amy Eden was the selling agent. To me, this was my dream home. Not to mention, it was in a neighborhood that i wanted to live in. Neither the seller or the agent informed my agent that a major water leak was detected at the residence stemming as far back as July 2022. The seller had rented the property prior, and the water bill alone from the last tenant one month was 600. I was informed by the water co that the owner and leasing co was aware of this issue. Once i closed on the home, i attempted to transfer utilities, this is when i learned about the water issue To date, i have a home, but i am unable to move in b/c i don't know the magnitude of this issue. Neither the seller nor the agent have attempted to rectify this issue and will not respond to calls from my agent. At the onset, when my agent did speak with Amy she began to speak about other hiccups that happen during the closing process. A water leak is major, this should have been disclosed. Now, i have to pay my mortgage note, rent at my current residence and deal with this along with an extremely high water bill.

Amy is really the best she is more of a friend than just business she makes you feel like family. I literally wanna cry talking about her I started in 2013 when I was renting from her and then after a couple of years I wanted to buy and I didn’t get anyone to give me a loan so she can show me houses, but being persistent Amy told me don’t worry honey you will get one and I’ll be right here when you do so fast forward 2020 that just happened and who did I call Amy Eden who was just like she said right there I love you Amy and you are like family continue to be you and treat everyone like family and have that patience you have cause you waited a long time for me and would not have choose anyone else...
