Jeff was so patient with me and my special situation, trying to plan the closing date late enough to accommodate the completion of the sellers new home (got a deal to do it this way). He worked to get me the best interest rate and was so helpful and informative in that whole process. He was always pleasant and I had a great experience working with him. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Jim was awesome from start to finish. We build our new home and met with Jim before we even had a home contract, so we were in contact with him for most of the year while the home was being built. Mary Grace was very unprofessional. Yelling at my husband over not getting things quick and wrong even if we followed her awful instructions. He works 10 hour shifts 4 days a week so he's only able to get stuff when he can. When we submitted stuff she would wait a week or two later to tell our REALTOR that something was wrong. She should have contacted US so we could fix anything that was wrong. The second time something ended up being wrong she waited a week and contacted us and yelled at us. I do NOT recommend her or this company.

Edit: We ended up getting our loan in the end so at least we got that. I know the company itself isn't to blame as well. I was very angry after hearing about what had happened over the phone.

Jason and his team went above and beyond to keep me in the ioop throughout the entire process. Their communication with the customer is phenomenal. They were patient with me. They took the time to breakdown the process for me and allowed me to ask questions and responded to any question promptly everytime (e.g. evenings, weekend, etc.) I highly recommend Jason and the Bank of England.
