Recently, based on recent changes in my financial status, I needed to refinance my home, having no prior experience with this action, I was overwhelmed with anxiety and apprehension, those feelings were rapidly replaced with an air of confidence for a successful outcome based solely on the actions taken on my behalf by Mr. Tony Rodarte whilst representing Lux-Financials. To be completely transparent, to achieve the result needed, Tony would have to be unbending in his approach as the industry bases “home values” on the recent sale of other homes within a specified radius of the home in question, and not on the actual home value.
