I'm an 80 year old female with a limited financial background and was very skeptical of a reverse mortgage. My financial advisor and I met with two highly recommended reverse mortgage representatives. I was impressed with the knowledge and integrity of both but chose Scott Underwood because Scott patiently answered my many, many questions. I kept trying to find "the catch" so Scott continued to meet with me making sure I had all my many more questions answered before making my decision.
He walked me through every step; always being available to answer questions not previously thought of. Even after the transaction was completed, Scott has been available if I feel I need him. I cannot recommend this young many highly enough for your reverse mortgage needs.

This was a wonderful experience with a positive outcome. It was the grace of God I got in touch with Scott Underwood. From the very beginning, he informed me he would do his best to help me. I had previously applied with another company. Well over two years after providing the requested information and proof and after two appraisals and three counseling, they still didn't help me. As a matter of fact, the original RMF specialist was replaced by another specialist who was rude, insulting, and argumentative. When I talked with Scott, he was honest, straight forward and caring. He did in three conversations in a span of a week more than RMF did in over two years. I am a Christian and I fear God. I'm honest and I tell the truth. I know God put Scott in my path because I truly believe he is a good steward and a God fearing man. Thank you Scott and I pray God's continued blessings on your life. Amen.
