First off, do NOT trust a word these people say! They told us with our large down payment on the house we wanted our payment would be $1000 or less... the cheapest we found through them was $1400, Vanderbilt was $2000!!! The salesman Dylan told us on more than 1 occasion over a month and a half the concrete runners were indeed included. 2 days ago they told us the runners are in fact NOT included, and very expensive! In a month and a half Dylan called only 1 time of the dozen times he said he would call with information we needed. There is so much more it's insane 😳. I just highly recommend shopping around, we would only buy from Clayton's if there were literally absolutely no other options. I'd buy a camper first. At least camper salesman actually act like they want to sell and want the customer happy. I even contacted their cooperate office with no help. Oh and do not put down a deposit unless you want to wait a while to get it back when the deal falls through. I write reviews based on my actual experience, good or bad. This is one of the worst experiences and reviews I have ever left.

Larry is an amazing person. My wife and I are first time buyers and from the start we were treated as humans not a commission on feet. Larry listened to my wife intently and answered her many questions. We left feeling empowered and confident that, when the time comes, we will be prepared for the full home buying experience. You should give Joel a shout, when visiting Clayton Homes Searcy AR. He knows his business and remained professional throughout the process. He answered all questions and actually one of the best salesman. It's good doing business here at this location. They also have some great deals you can't beat. My wife and i are inches from closing on our dream home!!

Went to Claytons mobile home in Searcy Ark and picked out the trailer we wanted. Ask Joel several times to send all the information over to our bank to get the paperwork started and made sure the total amount of everything was included. The bank got quoted one price, but the week we were supposed to close on the trailer, the bank was sent something else with an additional 11k. My banker called me to ask what it was, and I had no idea. We were paying cash for the trailer. An because Joel did not include the price of the septic as well as other things the price went up. We asked several times the price he gave was everything included every single time he said Yes! So we backed out on the trailer. Joel doesn't seem too knowledgeable about anything in the office. He was all the time putting me on hold all the time to ask others in office questions. The other guys in the office were great and gave all the information I needed when I would get to speak to them. Joel, on the other hand, wouldn't give all the information. We loved the trailer. It went up over 30k once the bank was about to write the check. I hated we had to back out, but not for that price.

Was impressed with the way they had the houses decorated, gives you a vision of what your future home will look like.
We went to two other places before coming here in searcy and they win the wow look.
Now we didn’t buy one yet, but they had a good selection of homes for us to choose from, and when the time comes we will give them a look.

One star is too many…. My wife and I went by there today to look at a manufactured home. We were there several minutes and NOT ONE PERSON CAME OUT TO GREET US OR SHOW US ANYTHING. Apparently they are not a very enthusiastic seller. A sign out front said “bring us your deal, we will beat it”. I don’t see truth in that if nobody is assisting potential customers. Don’t waste your time folks. Go somewhere else where your business is actually appreciated.

John and I went out to look at some mobile homes to see what we like, they were all very nice and affordable in price, Larry and Joel were very nice and helpful when applying and figuring out what we liked, very nice people. Definitely recommend going to Clayton’s to look for a home and make sure to ask for Larry!
