Outstanding customer service professional. I could brag all day!!! Crystal welcomed us to a totally new State ! We chose Arkansas because she treated us like a family member we couldn't wait go back to see! Answered every call or message within minutes! Excellent referrals for services needed! Great negotiator and ready with every document every meeting well prepared to make a dream come true! She said 30 days from our first showing to closing it would be that easy, And made it happen to the day!! She needs her own company to teach other realtors the secret to sucess! Someone should be celebrating such skills!she brought us an amazing and delicious spread of things to eat for our first night in our new home! How unexpectedly sweet! And most generous! She got our closing cost down to 120.00$!! And no down payment with the VA, And when the lender had denied our form of paying 120$ crystal offered to take it out of her commission! It didn't matter that they said no. She just goes to the highest level of greatness and we were fortunate enough to call her our own.

If you want a real estate who actually cares about you and remembers the small details, this is her! Crystal was amazing to work with, she was so patient and understanding. She walked us through buying our first home. When we first made an offer on our current house, Crystal offered to buy us some missing parts that we needed for the freezer. We figured she’d forget, but sure enough, just a day after closing, the parts showed up. Crystal is so nice!! Highly recommend her to everyone.

Crystal was amazing! She was patient, showing multiple houses over a few days. We were relocating from out of state, Crystal handled everything so all we had to do was show up at closing.... As a first time home buyer she was understanding to our needs and wants. We would go with her again in a heart beat.
