My sales person Shae was amazing and I couldn’t ask for better. She did everything she could to make a quick smooth transaction with us. But for the lot themselves it’s worse than a car lot. They don’t come and fix anything that is from their contractors. They have gone through 4 managers since September 2023. The worst part of it was the trimming people they did not put anything up properly. Nothing is even close to straight and it’s all of it misses the Sheetrock and put the nails in between the sheet rock. All through the house. They destroyed my sheet rock in every room. Between our windows and door frames. The sheet rock just falls out of the wall now. They refuse to knoweldge their contractors mess ups.

Awful, worst experience in my 71 years. What should of been a wonderful time of buying a home turned into a nightmare. Went through 5 managers in 2 years, no one knows what's going on. 2 years and repairs not finished, one excuse after another, first it was covid, then short on help, then we will check in to it another month, we'll get it. People do not listen to them. I paid all mine up front, so they got their money and didn't care if it was finished. Still have electrical problems, floor has trash coming through where it wasn't ckeaned before flooring was laid. Bath tub is missing part of it. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO BUSINESS, I WOULDNT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE THIS HEADACHE. NOTHING BUT LIES. THEY WILL LET YOUR TIME RUN OUT AND TELL YOU.ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR. WHEN WEVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO DO THE REPAURS.BEWARE

All they thought my injuries was worth was 6000 bucks I told my attorney 10000 but all the paid was 6000 nit enough to cover my injuries

David went up and above getting us in our home in a timely manner. Our home sold so fast that we had to find something fast, David Moore and the service guys and office staff at Timberline Homes in Cullman has been great , everything we needed or anything that was wrong they was right on it with out any hesitation. I would recommend David and Timberline in Cullman to anyone. Thanks again David

We bought our home about 4 years ago and from the foundation work to the repairs that needed done upon our first inspection. This company has tried to get out of all obligations. So beware. Once they get your money your on your own

Timberland Homes of Cullman is the worst place I have ever experienced! I have went through 4 managers and every excuse possible as to why house is not finished yet! I have been told they are short handed and Covid! My house has electrical problems, flooring issues, drywall cracks, water won’t drain in shower and my ceiling is has leaks and etc! Now I guess I will file a lawsuit against them for not fixing these problems after 2 years!
