HOW can this place still be collecting money for rentals? How can this place still be operating. It looks as if a tornado hit there. This storage have been vandalized and no one have reached out to anyone that have an unit there or called to let us know that our stuff is all over the ground and animals have urinated all over our things, there is like over 30 units broken into. Homeless have been sleeping on our things.

This place sucks. Suppose to be a secured facility, well we were by there at 10:00 at night and the gate was standing wide open. Had several break INS this week. No security. Want to charge you 20.00 late fee on every unit you have. Can't get out of this facility fast enough!!!!
Also all empty units are standing wide open.
New Post-----Been trying to pay the rent on line since April the 3rd, 2024. The company taking the payments said they were having problems. Well today is April 24th and guess what our rent is still not paid. Now they are sending notices of jacked up late fees and our units are going to be auctioned off. We need to know who the owners are so we can resolve their problem.

From $78 to $104.97. This storage facility used to be the cheapest in town. I paid $78 for a big unit that was great for my needs. Then they switch to new management. The person who took our payments before was fired as the new management took over. That person had to lose their income and didn't have proper time to adjust. With the new management, the prices have risen tremendously with no warning! They should at least send out a letter or statement stating that prices will be rising. I bet They won't hesitate to charge you for a late fee but they don't think about letting their customers know about the price increase ahead of time. I found out when I was getting ready to pay my bill. Now I pay $104.97 each month for my unit. They have gone up by $10 each month and I wouldn't be surprised if they continue to got up and up and up. I have been looking into getting a storage built in my own backyard and paying for that each month instead. The customer service is good though and I never mind speaking with the workers over the phone. They are always kind.

Trash af they get broken into the dont call you and tell just change the locks they have no office and the lady rude as hell on the phone but want to lock you out the storage even when payd you dont have access to the property the use pad lock on the gate they wont run back the camreas after a break in the maintance jus go and take out wateva he want out ur storage and will change the locks just to steal your things please dont put your thing in this storage place. The insurance arent goid either
