Christen is simply awesome. She helped me sell my property in rural Jacksonville, AR, which just closed on August 29, 2024. Truth be told, I was not even planning on using a realtor and initially it was an FSBO for about a month at which point I called her just to bounce some ideas off of her. She and her cool son came over without expecting anything in return. She walked much of the property which is several acres, a house, garage, and mobile home, after which she gave me her honest opinion. I offered to pay her for her time but she would not take it. I was also weighing my options of renting out my place and she referred me to someone in the local property management business who offered me some great local info.

After a couple of weeks more of trying to sell FSBO and an offer that fell through, I acquired Christen's services. She wasted no time whatsoever and within a day or two she had her photographer over with a drone and got some awesome shots. The listing was on for less than a week and we received an offer that went to closing. There were matters that came up during the contract period and Christen took care of all of them. For example, the trailer on my property was never officially transferred to me and she took care of that whole process with the DMV and all I had to do was sign the new document transferring the trailer to the new owners. I also had to leave town several times due to a family matter and work travel. There were things I would tend to at my house at least every other day and she took care of everything.

Christen provided top notch service that definitely won me over and spoiled me as I will expect this level of service in the future from other realtors. She had my back and I relied on her expertise, which I truly believe led to a successful sale and positive experience. What I also noticed with Christen is that she listens to her clients and makes sure she is meeting your goal and not hers. ABOVE AND BEYOND, No Doubt! And I'm not using this phrase carelessly either.

Professional, attentive, positive, knowledgeable, problem solver, resourceful...
