I just got approved for an apartment here and I am so pleased with how quiet and clean it is. The apartment tour was amazing! Mrs. Lee is a sweet heart , she answered all my questions and didn’t sugar coat anything when it came to my living space. She’s very helpful and dependable! Miss Lesly is very helpful as well , she answered every question I asked without making me feel like I’m asking too many questions. Everyone I’ve seen since I’ve been to this property is very friendly! I’m going to love it here.

Mrs. Victoria Holland is a God fearing woman. She's humble. Also I see your hard work and dedication you have for our community. You work so hard here at The Luxe we are so blessed to have Mrs. Victoria , Any time something goes wrong with my apartment I put in a work order. Mrs. Victoria make sure everything gets fixed in a timely manner. She also during for our children's making sure they stay out of trouble. I love Mrs. Victoria Holland.

Since Victoria been office manager she has been a Tremendous help she’s helpes so many people she stopped robberies she stop break ins and she stop shoot outs I got robbed once before and when I say the last office manager that was here her name was Miss April she didn’t do a thing about it I had busted out windows holes in my wall roaches everywhere when Victoria came she made a huge difference in the community not only just for me but for everyone else a lot of gang activities going on lotta police sirens all that came to a holt once Victoria came to these apartment complexes….. when I say I can’t thank you guys ENOUGH! for having her as an office manager! You guys really did a big one by hiring Victoria thank you guys so much and On behalf of the Lux Apartments we are honored to have her as an office manager best office manager you guys ever had thank you!🙏

Since Victoria has been the property manager, things are really changing for the better. Any problems I had prior to Victoria,has been taken care of. I think the apartment complex can really be a nice place to live. Maintenance is better than it's been, since I've been here. Thank you Victoria!!!

I've been living here almost to years. We have had so many different managers. But this new company, manager, and maintenance team are amazing. They are working hard to get the apartments up to date and if you need anything they are there for you and they listen to your requests about the apartments.

I spoke with Ms Victoria today regarding any vacancies she may have. She is very knowledgeable about her property and how the application process works. I understand that Ghan and Cooper has taken over the property and that’s fantastic!

I asked if there was anything available in a townhome or a three bedroom and even though Ms Victoria doesn’t have those plans at her property she pointed me to Ms Liz who also was amazing . I requested information and received every answer I had questions about.

Ms Victoria and Ms Liz have broke the mold for me when it comes to knowledge regarding their properties. Props to them and I will be seeking a property in January.
