Very poor service not only was an appointment missed no contact information exchanged . After we called and not only GAVE the address to the house we were looking at. The man we spoke with who gave us contact information on the agent that WASTED our time. Let us know the 2nd time we called back because we WERE really excited about the house let us know that this agency DOES NOT allow counter offers and they are playing favorites by saving homes for certain customers in no uncertain terms.
DO NOT recommend please note some of us have had family in reality and saw other family sell their own homes....

Very poor service provided by Patrick Rutherford. Non-responsive, always had to do something such as pick up his son, doctors or dentist appointments. He could never show a house and always had an excuse. I called the office to get a different realtor and spoke to Steve. I needed to look at a house quickly because it had other offers. He said he couldn't get to the house until the next day. I found another realtor to show me the house and he hung up on me when I told him. Unprofessional all around.

The worst real estate experience I have ever had! My wife and I were treated like second class citizens! First agent never called us, we had to call her and find our own listings. She then lied to our lendor and said we wanted to take a break. We called and requested another agent. The next agent told us to meet her in hazel green at 4:30 in the pouring rain. We showed up but she didn't. When we called her she lectured us on figuring out where we wanted to live and said she wasn't coming. We called the listing agent and he showed up in 30 minutes. He informed us that she told the owner that we called and cancelled, which Ofcourse is another LIE! Two agents at the same agency and two liars! Any real estate company is better than this one!
