Highly recommend Jeffrey Pollard with Hi Financial! I was told that I did not qualify for a home loan by others but Jeffrey Pollard with Hi Financial, LLC made it happen!!! My loan was not an easy task and we had several obstacles but nothing seemed to be an issue for Jeff. He treated me with respect I was not just a credit score to him and he genuinely cared about my family and me. Jeff Pollard at hi financial is an exceptional broker.
I wanted to refinance and get a better rate.
Jeff did better than that. He got me the lowest rate out there and even reduced my mortgage term.
He also got my my appraisal waived!
So there was zero out of pocket expense.
He has excellent attention to detail as he walked me through all the numbers one by one and there were no processing fees or junk fees.
I trusted Jeff through this entire experience and he definitely had my best interest in mind.
He answered every question I had and went above and beyond for me.
He saved me a lot of money!
I couldn’t be be happier with my experience and highly recommend hi financial... because it’s true... Brokers are Better.
