I’m a police officer and a nurse . Have great credit and background clean . Still did not get approved. DON’T WASTE YOUR $30 for application fee you will not get it back . Even lady at front desk said , we also do month to month to lease a LIE !!!!!!!!

Me and my brother applied about 3 months ago and mind you nothing is on our backgrounds because all we do is work me and him both make 4 times the rent for a 3bed 2 bath the women in the office called me a work just to tell me we didn’t get approved because our source of income and was rude saying we can’t approve you at this time hagging up on me so I went up there and we were told to leave all I wanted was an explanation I felt that they were being prejudiced n simply didn’t want us to rent in a nice area this place needs to shut down they basically took our $60 and told us no

They have rentals at reasonable rates. If something serious needs to be fix the maintenance men do a fast job but don't expect small repairs to happen. My ceiling fan has been unbalanced for a year. They also have the ability to pay online and it gets reported to the credit agencies. But keep in mind that I have had to kill over 200 mice and the building is infested with roaches. Rent is cheap but I pay an extra $150 a month to deal with the vermin. Been trying to get into a 2-bedroom for over a year but can't get the owner to approve it because I have too much stuff to fit into a one bedroom. ? make it make sense.

Put application in for $600 apartment and was denied have looked at several others and was accepted on any others but liked there price and rental. And when I called to find out why Donna was rude and said she couldn't tell me why it was denied

My Fiancé and I have rented through Sulcer Rentals on multiple occasions and have always had a pleasant experience. We moved to Jonesboro in 2015 and we chose to rent with them throughout the years and I’m glad we have all the times we did and still currently. When ever our refrigerator wasn’t working properly, they immediately came out to fix it. I’ve lived in apartments pretty much my entire life, and these apartments have always been clean. Never have I had any issues.
