I mean jeez , I haven't run into many Realtors that will take the ball and run with it like Harley has....He was quite undaunted by a few complicated issues we had with the lot I was Trying to sell...He was a steadfast bird dog , a Go Getter , and bulldozed through issues that came up , with determined resolve..We had a situation with a water company that couldn't figure out that THEIR water lines went right through my property...The Water Company had NO CLUE, and at 1st said they had no lines near my lot , and weren't responsible..With several trips to my lot , and SEVERAL calls to Biasi Water Company, Harley was able to assess the situation, and finally get the Water Company to have an appiffany, and realize they DID have water service to my lot...Harley never gave up , and saved the sale of my lot , which was pending. BEST realtor I've ever dealt with.
