When choosing a General Contractor to build our custom forever home, it was important to us to establish, strong trust, communication, flexibility, integrity, accurate timelines, affordability, quality build and let’s face it, a good relationship after all, we are going to be working with and spending a lot of time together for the next 6-12 months. We pretty much went into this project with a checklist of expectations especially since Justin Teerlink, Realtor and Meadowland Quality Homes was highly recommended to us. Justin was such a great real estate agent for us as first time buyers. He answered our many many ridiculous questions and helped us through this confusing process. He pushed for some fixes after the inspection that we would not have that were very nice when we moved in. He is personable, kind and very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in. Justin is the best. Professional, knowledgeable, organized and so easy to work with. He gives great advise on how to price your house to get it sold. He was able to get our condo sold in a week and at the price it was listed for. He kept us updated every day and when we had to get our stuff moved he even provided a moving truck so moving was so easy. We sold our first home in mesquite after renting it out for a few years. We lived in Vegas. Justin had setup the cleaning, repairs, websites, advertising, and very good photographs of our home. It sold very quick and for more than what we had asked for. We had a good home and it was a hot market, Justin was able to handle it.
