I've been renting from Quentin since 2020 and it's been the best renting experience I've had in arizona. I've rented at 3 different properties in the Sterling and Smith network, all 3 of the properties were well maintained and clean. Quentin is responsive and deals with property issues quickly.

Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed very comfortable and very taken care of, the rooms are always super clean and the community is great. Q is one of the best landlords I’ve ever met very respectful and super friendly! I highly recommend this place!!

Great Property Manager. All rooms come furnished with utilities included in the monthly payments. Location of properties are in desirable neighborhoods with access to great schools, great entertainment, and close to highways.
