I've been here since June and honestly it's been nice. Rent for what you get and based on other similar places is honestly a good deal. Rose is a gem. She's been so helpful and she's always a ray of sunshine. There have been a few issues since moving in (shower not installed right, issues with the gates, internet outages) but none of it is their fault. It's a new place. There will be hiccups until everything settles. Issues with the homes/appliances is the construction/manufacturers fault... not the leasing office. It can be a bit irritating sometimes sure, but the office has always done their best to resolve it quickly.

If you want a new build and a quiet place with great amenities, EVR is a great option!

My only gripe is all the ants. Not in the home thankfully. But all over the yard and the complex as a whole. I'm hoping over time and with pest control they move on... because i can't enjoy my yard barefoot because I get crawled on by big black ants and I always worry my dog will get bit.

We’ve been here for 3 weeks now and we love it here! The surroundings are so peaceful and quiet. I love it here! It is pet friendly. The parking areas are wide for your car. Trash area is also nice coz it has a cover that can keep the smell away. I love the smart house, secured with doorbell camera that you can access even away from home. I love it here, its commendable!

I came in here today to walk around with my cousin who is apartment shopping in Maricopa. Jacob is hands down the greatest leasing agent we met all day! He was knowledgeable, funny, and overall a delight to meet. The grounds were beautiful and clean with lots of amenities. If I was buying an apartment this would be my first choice.

Been here for a little over a month and love it here. Moved out of a house into here and this place feels more like a home than an apartment. The management staff is great, they are quick to respond to your requests. Even the maintenance men and pest control people are accommodating and easy to strike up a friendly conversation with. My daughter loves the amenities also. This place is great.

We just moved from a different place and being part of EVR is such a great thing for me and for my friends. We love the apartment and it’s complete with the appliances that we need to have a comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious and I love the interiors, the parking space is enough and the place is well maintained. The EVR personnel are responsive with the different concerns that we have. We are so glad to stay here! I hope you will too!

This home is beautiful and wonderful. Rose and her team has made it such a smooth transition to move here. Any issues that I would have, they resolved it and fixed it in a timely manner and as a person who has rented for over 15 years, they have truly made me feel at home. The amenities to the space here, are just phenomenal.

The units are spacious for being apartments. There beautiful and new energy efficient. The amenities are family friendly. The club house is beautiful. The leasing staff are accommodating, very nice and helpful. It truly feels like home.

Applied online and came in to walk through with rose. She was an amazing tour guide very knowledgable. The homes are beyond beautiful and have a lot of great amenties. Pool is open 24hrs and smart home includes wifi! I love that and I can not wait to move into my unit! I am counting down the days <3
