Oh man where to start… well for starters we can start with the key fob that goes on your windshield. The maintenance guy installed it for me. Fast forward a week when I pull up to the gate the sensors still won’t open the gate for me so I go inside to talk with the manager about why it isn’t opening. So the maintenance guy jumps up and then says oh that’s because you put it on yourself you must of done it wrong mind you it’s literally the same guy that put it on my car telling me this. Well come to find out he never registered the car with the gate company so of course it didn’t work. Strike 1. But while I’m in the office I then speak with the manager about our thermostat if we are able to turn the heat on or off when ever we want she proceeds to tell me yes you can have it however hot in there as you would like. So I then ask her why it never comes on at night time when it gets cold. She says that it’s a known problem with the thermostat company they was made in Minnesota so 73 degrees is warm in the winter there but not here. It’s been 2 and half months since I spoke woth them about my heat. Yet nothing has been done about it… strike 2. Most recent thing is our washer broke down an we haven’t had one for over a week now they come in figure out what the problem is and say they can’t fix it because it’s under warranty and they have to have the warranty company come out and fix it. They show up just to tell us they don’t have part on hand so they will be back in a week to fix it. Strike 3… if you was considering moving here I would highly suggest you do some research before moving in. I would give them 0 stars if possible!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I lived at this property for less than 8 months and it has been one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my life. Yolanda the property manager is Incompetent, illiterate, And uneducated. This has been one of the worst properties that I have ever lived at. It may look nice online, but you will be Miserable. Anybody looking to move here I would not. Please don’t waste your time or energy.

I was happy calling this my home but I am not sure any more how I feel. I just got summoned this morning from the court, because I paid my rent late which they already took. Now i sent out an email stating that I was going to pay my rent late and i gave a date of the 10/11/2024, I received a paper check from my job on 10/10/2024, I deposited it on my account, and we went through the weekend, the office blocked me from making payment online because was late, that's on Monday now i have to wait until Tuesday next day i decided to go to work late because the leasing office opens 10am to 5pm, I work 8am to 5pm. So I went to the office letting them know i am ready to pay guess how much? $1330 rent, late fee $106, Attorney fee $175, Total of $1600. At the office i was told to go get money orders, when I was leasing here they said they don't allow money orders now this is where i get upset and confused at the same time. If you call this place LOW INCOME it means people make less money, and late payment won't be a surprise as long as they pay rent and extra fees all i needed was my online account being unblocked so I can access it since you open late. But No you blocked it then I get SUMMONED and paying Attorney fees, for the office wrong doing?Ridiculous. This is not a place to call home. I have never been EVICTTED Never failed to pay my Rent.

I have been trying to get in contact in regards to paying my rent with no access to the portal for weeks through email and phone. I have been working out of town. How am I supposed to pay when I don’t have access? It’s been weeks with no call back, no email back, but I come home for a weekend with an eviction notice on my door that I find out about LATE because I haven’t been there. This is ridiculous and if someone that is over management can please reach out, that would be great!!!! I have all of the proof that I have been reaching out to no avail.

I wish I could close down this apartment complex because living here is a nightmare. Yolanda is unprofessional and incompetent, and the staff never do their job properly. I'm constantly calling without anyone picking up, but whenever I visit the leasing office, they are there chatting as if the phones are not ringing. I will never recommend this place to anyone; you will regret living here. Yolanda should be fired.

This place has good pricing for the size, besides that the one thing that is terrible is customer service. I spent 8 hours deep cleaning the apartment I rented out, I’m younger so Grandma went out of her way to come and help clean. Took pictures and videos, there was small damages but they used my 1500$ security deposit and even charged me extra that I had to pay. When I saw that I was frustrated because it was clean and in all honesty they want to bullsh*t and take my money. I took a half day off work to try to resolve this issue but they were in training, inconvenience but I understood. I didn’t have time to wait around so I left a paragraph note, including my number and why I needed to talk to them, because I already tried emailing them and calling them 4 times a day for two weeks straight, they never pick up. I even had to contact the emergency maintenance to have them relay the message to call me back. So after I tried contacting them I made the payment even though I shouldn’t have. And since they don’t care about their people that pay x sums of money throughout a year. When they switched from keys to fobs, I have work 8-5 they sent the wrong date on the email and got me locked out of my apt for the night and I had to sleep in the car. Also the pool, gets shutdown consistently and the poop in the dog park never gets taken care of. It’s unfortunate this is the only way to get the apts attention, I’ll take this review down but need the apartment to make it right

First the team is very warm, very friendly, very caring , staff is always checking on us to make sure we are okay. The grounds are really well maintained. They listen to our concerns . Thank you Yolanda, David, Edgar and Anthony!

The apartments are very nice, and the complex is very well put together. But the management is impossible to get a hold of. I have never gotten a answer when calling and the odds of getting a reply through email are still slim
