These folks are really amazing! On Sunday afternoon my car wouldn’t start at all, I couldn’t un-lodge the car battery that needed to be replaced, and my cell phone fell inside the car engine and slid down into the blocked area of the driver’s side wheel well, and I was a mess trying to figure out what to do. I borrowed a neighbor’s phone and called them on a referral from another local business. Michelle, who took my call was calm and understanding and got Mark and Daniel dispatched out to me quickly, in less than twenty minutes. That is really fast on a Sunday in rural Arizona. They worked fast, efficiently, and were both very kind. I am grateful to them for their kindness and professionalism and I strongly recommend Southwest Towing & Auto Services! Their customer service really is outstanding and they are great people.

I would like to thank Mark for his excellent communication, after I scheduled a tow working through AAA. We talked about my vehicle and the tow truck needed to do the job wouldn't be available until the next day, Sunday. To make a long story short, AAA said that they would schedule a tow for Sunday morning and when no one showed up, I called Mark who picked up on the first ring.
Mark communicated with me and got the job done, even after AAA didn't.
Southwest Towing and Mark are the definition of true "PROFESSIONALISM"

My car stalled on I-10 near Benson on the way to the Tucson airport for a flight the next day. We called AAA and in a few minutes Mark called to ask about our location and informed us that he was on his way. He got there soon (about 45 minutes) and was courteous and helpful. He got us and my car to our hotel in Tucson and we made our flight. Thank you so much Mark and Southwest towing for your professional and quick service!

Great business, very professional and caring. Recently they relocated our 12’x24’ shed in a very professional, skillful manner. When other companies said “No,” they said “Yes, we can!” This is a family run operation and Mark and Michelle are extremely generous, kind and accommodating business owners.
