I recently had service done on my '23 Ford Maverick. This was my first visit to Jim Click Ford in Green Valley.

To say the very least, I was very impressed from start to finish! Brianna Gutierrez, my service advisor, was truly amazing! Her attention to detail and her personal updates during my visit were above and beyond!

The facility is also top notch! Comfortable lounge areas and a Cafe added to my pleasurable experience. I've been to many car dealerships, but this one is in a league of it's own!

Called and got an appointment for 10:45am 16Sept24 (oil & Filter change on my 2023 Palisade). Arrived on time. Told after arriving that they were backed up. Sat for 2 1/2 hours before job was completed. Why allow an appointment if you are so behind schedule. Worst dealer in Arizona for service.

Update: After returning home from my 2 1/2 oil & filter change "appointment" and reviewing the service invoice, Jim Click of Sahuarita & Green Valley (also a Hyundai dealer) filled my car with conventional oil (Q/S 550035082) instead of the required fully synthetic.

Update#2: After complaining, I was asked to return for a redo of the oil change with fully synthetic oil. 18Sept24, I returned to the dealer for the oil change redo (only took an hour this time) only to find out once I returned home and reviewed the service invoice that my car was again filled with conventional oil (Q/S 550035180). There is something seriously wrong with the service department at this dealer.

Update#3: Dealers response does not make since. If conventional oil was appropriate, why the request to return for a full synthetic oil change redo? Why change the same oil twice (within three days); I have the service invoices? Hyundai has told me that my Palisade requires full synthetic oil. Besides, charging Hyundai $80.57 for a conventional oil and filter change is ridiculous even if you do it twice.

That was not what I was told.

I had a transmission diagnostic appointment 10/8/24 Tuesday , was suggested I drop the truck off the night before (Monday) so the tech can have it first thing in the morning. So I did. Tuesday afternoon noon I get a call asking for them to keep it another day for more “test”. It was now Wednesday afternoon after getting no updates all day I get a call saying I can pick my truck up, and that the next day which would be Thursday they were going to send estimates to my extended warranty for a new and rebuilt transmission. Thursday after getting no calls I decide to call and ask if they were able to file a claim through my extended warranty. I get a call back stating that because of my trucks symptoms that they would need 3-5 more days for more “testing” so they can write up a “good”claim for my extended warranty. 85,831 was my odometer when I dropped it off, 85,850 is what I picked it up with. They put 20 miles on my truck to do whatever “testing” and to come out with nothing. Mind you I waited 3 weeks for this appointment. They led me to believe a diagnostic was done, and that they were on to getting a claim started for me. None of that was true. No communication, and no honesty .

After scheduling an appointment withing a few days and at a time convenient for me, I received several text's as reminders. Ann (service agent) had my info ready when I drove in and kept me informed of the repairs progress. I live out of town, so I waited for the repair in the dealership's lounge (variety of chairs and tables and WiFi). Work was completed ahead of schedule and done well, so I am ready for my upcoming hunt.

My son is returning from a 1 year deployment in the Middle East next month. I wanted to get his truck serviced for him prior to his return. I called and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist who transferred me to a service representative. I left my name, number and reason for my call. This happened around 8am yesterday and I have still not received a call back.

I am not looking for anything more than people to do their job. If you receive a message then have the common courtesy to call back. Business will get tough and the volume of work will eventually decline. You will be leaning on your reputation at that point to carry on. You just lost a potential service and have a detractor that will never recommend you. No need to try and contact me. You had that chance when I called and left the message.

My vehicle has a recall for a headlights issue. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment to have the issue fixed. All they do is give me the run around I've left numerous messages no one has attempted to contact me back. I called the dealership is Tucson and surprisingly the very 1st person that answered took my vin # and has schedule me to get the issue fixed. The call must have lasted 2 minutes tops very great full for the professionalism. Green valley Ford is a joke. The worse part is that the vehicle was purchased at the gv dealership. Never again.
