The paperwork that is necessary to sell a house in AZ is very thorough and complex but Laurie’s expertise eased our task so that everything was done right the first time.

Laurie’s marketing strategies are incredible. Her written description of the house was enticing and the photographers she hired provided excellent results. This resulted in still photos as well as a walk through video that helped buyers “see” the house before a showing.

Once we received an offer that matched Laurie’s assessment of the value of our house, she made everything easy for us. Again, being an experienced and seasoned realtor, Laurie worked effectively to make sure the deal was sealed.

Naturally, we worried every step of the way. Laurie always was responsive to every concern and question we could come up with. Her confidence and knowledge were evident from beginning to end.

This review only allows a rating up to 5. If we could, we would add some pluses to that. If we had another property to sell, Laurie Lundeen certainly would be our first call.
