I bought a home that Phoebe had listed. I went to her open house actually to just see if the size would suite me. I wanted to downsize. I immediately loved the home, even though I thought I would downsize in about 6 or 7 months. The purchase was quick and there were no problems. Phoebe did such a great job for me as a buyer I listed my home with her to sell. Now I realize you cannot expect this to happen but my home sold in the first 24 hours. I listed to sell with her and then I went out of town for months. She emailed me everything I needed to sign, she was right on top of everything. The sale went smoothly. Yes I would recommend Phoebe Bigelow whether you are a buyer or a seller. I was so pleased how smoothly both my sale and my purchase went. I was very impressed and very pleased.

Phoebe is the absolute best! We bid on a townhouse while we were in Az. and it didn’t pan out for us. After we went home to Ohio she left us know another one would be available two doors down. We then found two others on Zillow and she did video walk-throughs with us of all three and sent pics. and when we found what we wanted she did a lot of the legwork which really helped since we were out of state. She also got our existing townhouse sold, so we could buy the one we wanted and got them to close same day so we wouldn’t be homeless. She was always just a text or call away!
