Currently staying here for 2 months while I work a seasonal position in Williams. Very happy here. Rv park is clean, quiet, and great location for jumping on freeway.
Most of the bad reviews are old so must be they’ve done lots of improvements because what I read and me being here are two different experiences. They let me park my Skoolie here as well where most places won’t allow them at all. They do have cabins here which is nice too. I haven’t stayed or even seen one but for $600/month for a cabin isn’t bad. All the staff are very friendly as well.
Thanks again for letting me and my dog stay here these two months. Very appreciated!!

Edit: if you read my other reviews you will see I have no stake in writing a bad review other than saving someone else the dissatisfaction I had. If there is a good review within 2 months of mine, its a lie. There are much better places out there, I'm sorry that the owners are doing the money grab with little or no effort.

NO wifi. Pool was closed and filled with algae. Bathrooms quite the disappointment. Showers didn't have anywhere to set anything down (like a bench or something), hooks were broken. Note on the wall said that the owner was sick of cleaning the vomit off the walls. I wouldn't have used if I wasn't so dirty from my exploits. As it was, I slightly cleaner but wouldn't use them again or recommend that anyone stop there unless they had to. I've been on the road since 2020 and have seen many more that were way better. YMMV but i doubt it.

We are temporarily living here and I am not thrilled with the timing of a water line break. It is hard to live without water. I have been paying $9.00 a day for bottled water, but they do not offer to reimburse you. The laundry room only has one working dryer. They do not mention it, you just wash your clothes and when it is time to dry them some are marked out of order but one wasn't labeled and it took my money. Thinking of going to Williams to do my laundry.

Paid $53 for a site without hookups.
The showers were $6, but it must have been included in our price because we did not pay extra for them.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. It looks like they bought recently and are making upgrades as they can.
The sites were clean and far enough away from each other. The main building was clean and cute, with games and a lounge to hang out in.
The bathrooms were clean, and signs said the fee to use showers was going to upgrades. The water was hot, which was all we cared about.
Overall a great place to stay. We were an hour from thr Grand Canyon, quiet and peaceful overnight.

I'm giving stars. The park itself is doing tons of improvements. Pool area, laundry got brand new washers and dryers, all the pull through sites have nice stone pads, decorative fire pits, new electric services and are long and level. When I walked the park I could see they are working hard. The gentleman at the desk was kind and helpful, the park was quiet and we slept well. The town itself has a lot of empty abandoned buildings including an old motel across the street. If you roofing for a nice area, dry e on by, but if you want a decent place to pull in, get rest, do laundry, then stop on in.

30 amp service, potable water, sewer. Extremely nice people working there. 2024, 15.00 dump, 2.50 garbage. Propane fill also.

Acceptable overnight stay. No serious problems for my light sleeping husband from either trains in distance or highway. Mostly because of this, we would consider it in future, though not as a first choice.

Terrible WiFi. Don't count on it functioning even near the office. I never could connect.
Bathroom cleanliness...um. Not so much.
Reasonably friendly check-in experience.

Place has potential, and oother reviews say they are working at it. The office and surrounds are ok. The spaces in May 2021 are mostly occupied by permanents, and it shows. Our site, looking towards the undeveloped section was fairly attractive, but don't look the wrong direction.

Bathroom is not only dated, but also dirty (see photos). If you are meticulous, it's not for you. Signs in toilets asked people to clean using the brush (in one stall only). Excuse me? Aren't you a business?

On the other hand, the bathrooms are slated for an upgrade. Personally, I only need a good coat of new paint and some elbow grease, and am pleased to say the water is hot. More hooks for clothes would help.

The upgrade is going to be paid for by a $6/shower charge starting in June. That means the $43/night would be $55 (with discount) for us. Absurd for a park of this caliber. We travel extensively. Never seen that amount. Going HIGHEST rate is 75cents/5min when coin operated, and that's generally not for a place on city services.

Another irritation:
Sign in bathroom reads: "IF YOUR UNDERWEAR AND PANTS CANNOT STOP A FART, THEN DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT A MASK CAN STOP A FLU VIRUS?"

Pretty irritating to have someone cast judgement on what will make another person feel more secure. No one says fabric masks are perfect protection. It's a matter of likelihoods, like when we put filters on cigarettes it made cancer rates go down. Do I feel safe getting close to people in one? No. Would I be safe in a COVID ward? No. Does it make an improvement in the likelihood of breathing in a small droplet from your face that might contain virus, just like standing a bit farther off would? Yes.

Very disorganized. Door says open til 5pm, but really 2 on Saturday (well actually maybe 1pm). No bathroom code, had to search property for office manager. Laundry locked in laundry room arbitrarily. Oh, and had to call 911 at 3:45am to get the park neighbor to turn down his mariachi music. Oh, oh don’t forget the prickly cactus in the campsite area. Other then that, top notch.
