I received exceptional assistance from store manager Lori and associate Rana while purchasing a couple of pieces of Navajo pottery over the 4th of July weekend. Big thanks to them for helping me choose the perfect pieces. I would say I’ll be back soon, but a trip to the north rim at my age is a journey (albeit a memorable one)!

Really nice shop. Lots to choose from and there is s second shop that's bigger just a bit closer to the lodge. Easy hike out to the rim. Great views. It's a place to come stay s few days and enjoy peace and serenity. Stellar dining room. Reservations are totally necessary and made early or you'll be out of luck. Photos from the rim .... Enjoy

I bought some fine jewelry here 6/19/2023, a silver and turquoise ring $75, the stones fell out that very next day. I called and emailed them with no response. Don't buy any of the more expensive jewelry, it's poorly made. And they don't care.

Why is there no phone # for the gift shop at Grand Canyon Lodge, North Rim?

I left a waterbottle here a couple days ago, near the Under Armour apparel and left a message to general Grand Canyon lost and found but haven’t heard back. Any chance I can pay for it to be returned via mail? Silver Hydroflask bottle with black cap with straw.

Good variety of souvenirs here. The book selection in particular was larger than I expected. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Native American handicrafts section was closed when we visited.
