From beginning to end the experience of renting one of these tiny homes was less than stellar.
First, the website did not work, so I had to call. I clicked the phone icon on the website. It took me to a private phone number of a lady whose message said that she was not Grand Canyon tiny homes. So, don’t use that way to call. I found the real number and called. They did answer and sent me a rental agreement right away with 3 more emails. I asked several times if I would be able to rent a tiny home from the email. And he said yes. After signing the rental agreement I searched through the 3 other emails and could not actually pay for the room although it said that I had rented it. So I called back. The person proceeded to send me 3 more emails. I was able to reserve it.
Then I received several more emails. By this time I have at least 10 emails I have to cull through for various pieces of info that are not all in 1 email.
I was told that I MUST use their link to google maps to get to the property or I would get lost. We were coming from Sedona, and google wanted me to take various forest service roads and kept rerouting me if I didn’t take them. I gave up and used Apple Maps which worked just fine.
We arrived after dark and had to cull through the now 13 (yes thirteen) emails to use a code to get in. I also received a text with this info. Neither of them told me my exact code to get in. They both said they are usually the last 6 digits of the phone number you used to book. I tried this several times and it did not work. It was about 27 f out and I didn’t want to stand in the cold trying something that wasn’t working.
So I called and they said “oh that one has a 4 digit code. Let me contact house keeping” 10 minutes later we got in.
The studio was cute and clean. The water faucet in the sink is backwards (hot on right and cold on left).
The mini split was difficult to figure out. Thankfully it was warm when we got there, but we turned it off at night because it started to blow cold air and it was in the high 20s f outside. CLEAR written instructions would be helpful for the proper mini split use.

We got up early (5 am) to hike down the canyon so wanted to turn the heat on the mini split. My husband and I both have college degrees. We worked for about 10 minutes each trying to get warm air to come out. I got on YouTube. I didn’t feel like I should call someone that early to help especially when we were staying that long. We finally gave up and left to catch the sunrise and start early.

I’m sure this is a great deal for those wanting to stay several nights and hang out at the Grand Canyon and don’t want heat at their fingertips. It was clean and had everything needed. I do have a problem doing ANY cleaning (and I usually try to make things easier for housekeeping) when it’s $60 for 1 night. Just include that in the price.

Our experience was not great. I give our stay a 1.

Highly recommend if you're visiting the Grand Canyon South Rim area. The tiny home is perfect for a family. Loved the concept. The tiny home was clean, communication was quick and structured perfectly, everything they said would happen happened when they said it would. Kitchen is well equipped and absolutely perfect for a family.

I really like the concept of staying in tiny homes over a hotel/motel. We all got to hangout together after a long day at Grand Canyon. We stayed with family of 8 and it was very spacious and cozy. Houses were clean with all the amenities that you can ask for. We are planning another trip in December with family of 6. I highly recommend staying here.

Let me start by making one thing clear, Highly recommend if you're visiting the Williams/Grand Canyon South Rim area. The tiny home was clean, #38, communication was very quick and structured perfectly, everything they said would happen happened when they said it would. Now to set proper expectations, it's a Tiny Home with adequate room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped (there is no ice made by ice maker but freezer works great so make your own). Bathroom is smaller and shower is even smaller, if you have wide shoulders good luck! Shower in this unit as previously stated in other reviews has a very tricky handle that makes getting warm water tricky but notimpossible. To get to this property you're going to drive on a road that feels like you're testing the suspension and shocks for a manufacturer, drive slow! Otherwise, again, we will use them again and recommend to anyone who asks.

Stayed here last summer, it was perfect for the family! There was a master bedroom, a room with bunk beds for my 2 littles and a loft area for my oldest that needed space. I was amazed with how they fit 3 sleeping areas, a bathroom, kitchen/dining and living area in one tiny home. Looking forward to staying there again this winter!

My wife and I rented unit 38. It was very nice, but the shower literally had no cold water. In order to get clean you have to suffer thru very hot water, almost to the point of burning. Contacted the renter and got no response. 4 day stay and was only able to shower 1 time.

What a fun experience we had at Tiny House #80. It was just the right place to stay to enjoy the Grand Canyon. While it was an adjustment living in a tiny house for 2 days, it ended up being quite comfortable. It's very minimalistic here, but at the same time, comfortable. The sunrise and sunset were always spectacular! We didn't want to leave! The hot water was a bit of a problem to access anywhere, but the shower and the kitchen lacked a few needed things, such as a can opener, but all in all, it was a great stay! We were even serenaded by packs of coyotes our last night. Quite spectacular! Can't wait to return one day soon!!
