Trestle Management was a breath of fresh air when our Board selected them from among many applicants, to manage our large community, The Foothills. Matt Jacobs, our Property Manager, is easy to work with and very detail oriented. He is responsive to my communications and listens to my input. Matt leads a team of 3 professionals who are all conscientious, knowledgeable and helpful. We are fortunate to have such a competent team working for our community!

This HOA management company has been the most disappointing I have ever encountered. Their primary focus seems to be on collecting monthly fees, while neglecting their responsibilities in managing the properties effectively. Serious issues, including the allowance of potentially illegal activities within the properties they oversee, are ignored or inadequately addressed.

This lack of accountability creates a challenging environment for families and directly impacts the quality of life within the community. Furthermore, the poor management significantly affects property values, reflecting their inability to maintain standards. I strongly advise considering alternative management companies that prioritize the well-being of residents and the value of the properties they manage.

Worst HOA management company I have ever dealt with. Staff assigned to our community is rude, disrespectful, and actively works against the needs of the community. Steer clear. There are plenty of other options for HOA management that are more responsive, communicative, and cost efficient than Trestle.

Your reply below is completely not understanding the facts. My gate code was never inactive. NUMEROUS homeowners could not access the property due to malfunctions with the gate. Homeowners were lined up at the gate multiple times and an emergency opening needed to happen multiple time. Trestle employees/managers are rude, condescending and not productive to addressing needs of the community in any way. I have emailed these concerns and will continue as long as Trestle managers our HOA.

Update and additional notes here. Trestle refuses to address gate issues. Myself and multiple homeowners have had trouble even gaining access to our community and our own homes. I again contacted them and was met with ZERO action. It is completely unacceptable.

Again for anyone reading the reply below is absolute garbage and this company cares little about how they treat the HOA board or the homeowners living in the community. STEER CLEAR

The worst group ever. Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Jenkins are as bad as they come. No phone calls returned ever. And absolutely no feedback. No follow up or follow through. Been sending pictures and complaint forms about a board member at Meadow Vista dogs off leash, rooster crowing, multiple chickens, basketball hoop in front yard . Nothing done. The chickens for a year hoop for 5 months and dogs for 2 yrs.

Reported this concern last week. HOA will come by next week to handle. Next week? After a child in the community is electrocuted? They couldn’t care less. The worst.
