Hi. I was contacted by Starwest when rates dropped recently. They moved quickly to get us in at a great new rate and term. My payments and overall interest I'll pay were both lowered substantially at no additional out-of-pocket cost. Uploading documents was EZ as were all the steps in the process. All questions were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. This is a great local business and I would do business with them again (in fact this is my second time working with them). A++++ in my book.

Kyle and his team are amazing..... I was looking to buy my 2nd home and went through 2 different lending companies that were a mess. So many empty promises and I was denied a loan by both companies despite having good financials and perfect credit/ credit history. I thought my chances at buying my house were up until a friend recommended Starwest. I spoke hesitantly on the phone with Kyle thinking the battle was lost, but he was very kind and patient and told me he'd look into everything. Needless to say I'm a homeowner again and my experience with Kyle and his team was unbelievably beautiful. I would recommend Kyle and Starwest to my grandma. Nuff said. Kyle was a great loan officer to work with on a recent home refinance! The Starwest team was extremely helpful throughout the homebuying process in making sure I qualified for a loan, in getting me the best rate possible, and in answering all of my questions. They were upfront and honest about everything and none of the figures changed from the original estimates provided to the time we closed. I am also excited about their no fee refinance option, and am hopeful to refinance with them in the near future when rates drop.
