It was one of the best places I've stayed in. Had washer n dryer, laundry soap. Close to everything, the beach, downtown. Dog beach too.

This is a beautiful place to live. The property management team led by Nancy are great! They keep our community looking great! Nancy is always there to help! Her team is also very helpful! JR is there to fix any problem we may have. His team is always helpful also! There are problems beyond their control. RENTERS! Renters seem to not care about the rules at our Beach Club and have made living here a poor experience! It seems to be getting worse
As time passes. I hope this issue can be addressed
And some one in the association can resolve this problem. Full time supervision of the pools and grounds would greatly help! Owners should not have to police our own community. Yet we have to. I hope the new board of directors/association members can find a way to fix this ever growing problem.

We've been renting here for five years and always love it. It's a great place to come escape the cold of winter. Pool is clean, and the overlook is an amazing spot to watch the sunset.
