I was ready to hire a realtor , looking for a house in CA but I found out Lisa Cowan is a realtor there, this woman harassed me and my family in the past for years and years. Even wished my daughter death. No Thanks I will find another Office.You need to screen your realtors better.

Worst broker I’ve ever worked with... agents considering hanging your license with Broker, John Lemkau ... RUN! He advertises you get 100% of your commission but then subtracts multiple fees and forces you to use his processing. He has a high turn over in staff... my experience with his transaction coordinator and escrow was awful. He held my commission check for over two weeks and refused to pick up the phone to discuss. Zero broker support of any kind. He was rude to my staff and client and is threatening to sue ME because HE sent the wrong amount, when he finally did send a portion of my commission check. I moved my license immediately. He is a piece of work. Beware!!!

This is a terrible brokerage. Having briefly been affiliated with this organization, I have to concur with the negative reviews of this brokerage...and of John Lemkau, in particular. During my time at Premier Realty Associates, there were multiple instances in which I needed guidance from my broker and reached out, only to be completely ignored. John Lemkau never introduced himself, never provided the slightest oversight or training, and NEVER ONCE answered a voice mail or email I sent him...no matter how urgent the issue. In fact, I lost a listing due to inaccurate, incompetent guidance I received from one of the "9 full-time staff members" who are supposedly so helpful. This was after I reached out to Lemkau multiple times for help regarding the urgent issue my clients were having. As usual, he ignored all of my correspondence.

John Lemkau is solely focused on milking transaction fees out of as many agents as he can. He has absolutely no interest in providing the guidance, oversight, training, or career development that is his responsibility as a managing broker. Company culture starts from the top and no attempts at improving this brokerage's practices will be successful until John Lemkau stops running on autopilot and begins honoring responsibilities to his agents.

I met Ashley Anello at a business networking meeting and what a professional and knowledgeable person. For any real estate question she has the answer and she does a lot for the local community. I high recommend.
