I highly recommend Greg Martin at eXp Realty for your home purchase. I first met Greg four years ago, and he helped me with multiple offers in the hyper-competitive San Diego Real Estate market. He never complained that my budget was inadequate to the task at hand, but was always on the lookout for homes that might work. Then I would ghost him for six months, only to reappear and ask to see a house RIGHT AWAY, and he would happily oblige. His judgment as to when a property might spark a bidding war, when we might safely come in low, and how we should structure an offer was spot-on, and I finally got the house of my dreams!
