Mike and Homeshield property management did a phenomenal job helping me and my family lease out a rental home of ours. He was really easy to get ahold of and did what he said he was going to do. He was able to quickly meet around our schedule and get my place ready for the market. He also had great vendors that saved us some money. Mike knows the market and is from San Diego which was nice. Mike helped my husband and I rent out our home in Bay Park. He was very professional and handled everything from the application process, tenant screenings, and in face interviews. He also encouraged us to get professional photos of our property which really added value to the listing and showcased some of the best features of the home. Mike was always responsive to our questions and worked diligently to get it rented. He also listened to our needs and in the final stage only matched us with potential renters who met all of our requirements. I hired homeshield property management to lease out a condo of mine that I was not planning on leasing as an investment property. I was worried about the possible damage and headache of getting the home leased out but Mike made the entire process painless and enjoyable. I now have an awesome tenant and Mike takes care of everything for me which took away all my stress. Mike has been a done a phenomenal job for me, my clients and my family as our trusted property manager. I don't usually recommend companies or people unless I have experienced the service myself. The worst is when you recommend someone and they don't come through, but that is not the case for HomeShield at all. I can vouch for Mike and his team at HomeShield Property Mangement. Mike is always available, after hours or even on the weekend, he answers his phone, always and returns emails within minutes. Whenever I have a question or need help or clarity on any items, HomeShield is where I go for answers. HomeShield Property Management has done a phenomenal job of managing my clients' properties. I don't manage properties as a full-time Realtor, so it's great to know I have a property manager I can trust and partner with that will treat my clients as a top priority, just like I do.
