⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Stay—Twice!**

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in two different Airbnb homes managed by **Love Living Management** in San Diego County, and both experiences were nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, we felt completely pampered and cared for in every detail.

The homes were **immaculately clean**, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Each property felt like a luxurious five-star retreat—stylish, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. The attention to detail truly made our stays feel special, from the plush linens to the thoughtfully curated amenities.

What really sets Love Living Management apart, though, is their **outstanding hospitality**. Communication was seamless, check-in was a breeze, and Jonathan and Heidi went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. It’s rare to find a management company that consistently delivers this level of care and quality across multiple properties.

We can’t wait for our next visit and will absolutely be booking with Love Living Management again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier vacation rental experience in the San Diego area!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Love Living Management overseeing my furnished home in Fresno. From the very beginning, their communication has been top-notch - clear, timely, and always professional. They do a fantastic job managing both the property and the tenants, taking care of every detail so I don’t have to worry.

We stayed at a property hosted by Love Living Management for a little over two months. The entire team and experience was amazing!

We required accommodations quickly and on short notice. Jonathan and his team were amazing at working with my particular situation and having the property ready for us to occupy within a day.

The property was very clean, matched the description found on their website, and was ready for us to enjoy upon our arrival.

During our stay, any issues that came up (which were few), were immediately addressed and solved within a timely manner. Each person representing Love Living Management that we came into contact with were courteous and respectful.

I have had my share of short term/vacation rental experiences and this, by far, was outstanding! I would book a property with them again for myself, family, or friends.

John and his team were fantastic to work with during our stay at the property they manage. The Love Living Management team were incredibly helpful and were always available to answer my questions. Case in point, there was an issue with the speed of the network as my wife and I were having bandwidth issues when we were attending Teams meetings at the same time. The NEXT DAY a tech came by and replaced the wifi router and resolved our issue. Another time the washing machine was klunking like crazy during the spin cycle of any wash, small or large. Nothing we did could keep this from happening. Again a technician was dispatched and resolved the issue. The best and easiest property management that we have ever worked with. 5 Stars for the Love Living Management team!!

Love living management has been great to work with! When we decided to move out of state and rent our home in San Diego, I interviewed several property management companies. Jonathan & Heidi stood out with their responsiveness, expertise on the market & overall professionalism. They marketed very quickly & we had several interested renters within weeks. Amazing experience with Love Living Management. As a homeowner, I was a bit worried about renting my house out fully furnished, as most of the companies I researched would not do it leaving me not many options other than trying to manage it myself (bad idea). That is until I heard of Love Living management and contacted Jonathan and his team. The experienced management was able to negotiate the rules of my HOA with new tenants and left me worry free handling maintenance issues that would have been harder to deal with if I was doing it myself. They also charge very reasonable rates for the amount of work they do, keeping me informed the whole way. I have had a few short term as well as a bit longer term tenants, but with the many places they use their network to advertise and list, I have not gone more than one month out of the last year without it being occupied!

First of all, the 2 stars are for Love Living successfully finding new tenants, getting the house ready for move in, and getting the tenants moved in to the house. The positive experience ended there.

The first red flag of unprofessionalism came in the form of me referring a new client to Love Living, who ended up signing a contract with them and then them completely failing to even acknowledge that I brought them new business, let alone thanking me for it in any way.

The second red flag came in the form of an egregious accounting error where they overcharged me by $450. I had to call and explain their error to them. They refunded my money but did not apologize for the error.

The third and final red flag came in the form of an outright violation of one of the important terms of our agreement: ensuring that the new tenants put all utilities in their name upon possession of the property. This caused me a lot of headaches and I realized that I was paying them a lot of money to create more headaches for me than anything else. I checked our contract and realized that I can legally terminate our agreement without notice upon any breach of contract from either party. So, I sent them an email notifying them that I am terminating our contract due to their violation of the terms. Their response was that they were also thinking that it was not a good fit. Again, zero acknowledgment of any wrongdoing, more like gaslighting me into thinking that I had also done something wrong. At this point, I asked them to refund me their 9% fee from the date that they originally violated the terms of our agreement (10/15), but instead they tried to make it seem like I've been a bad client and I don't deserve a refund.

Honestly, I have been appalled at the lack of professionalism on so many levels. To treat a client this way, not only one that pays you, but one that brings you new business without expecting anything in return, is unimaginable.
