We have been tenants for about 2 years with Bryan and Samantha. I have nothing but amazing things to say about both of them. From the very first day we toured their rental listing, Bryan was so great and really just a nice person overall. Samantha replies to emails within the same day, most of the time within a couple of hours. Bryan calls back immediately or answers on the first try. Whenever we have let them know about an issue with our rental, they are so on top of it, we never have to follow up. They are on top of their paperwork, renewals, check ins, inspections and just provide great service. We plan to continue renting with them until we are in a position to buy. I have been a client of Blue Diamond Sales and Rentals since 2012. Being a military family, we needed someone to trust and have confidence they would take care of our property. Samantha was that person. She was always available by phone, email, or text. Even with the time difference, she always responded. If something needed a repair or an issue with the tenant, Samantha took care of it all. This year we decided to sell the property. Rented a property for 3 years. Samantha was the most unresponsive property manager I've ever experienced. The amount of time it would take to get small things like gates/fridge/lights/electrical fixed was unbelievable. To add insult to injury when we moved out they charged us/took out of my deposit stuff that was broken/not working when I moved in.
