I am one of those individual that only very rarely writes reviews. That being said, I felt I really needed to share my experience working with 33 Property Management due to how exceptionally well their team has managed my rental property. I have been thrilled with their clear communication and performance managing all aspects of for my property, from finding tenants to responding to tenant requests. Richard and Baryic have managed to strike the perfect balance of managing things I don't need to hear about directly, versus items that do require my acknowledgement and approval. Any work that is performed is documented and easily accessible for me to review. It is a great feeling to relax and know that things are in good hands! If you’re renting in SoCal, Rich and his team of professionals are who you want to work with. I’ve never posted a review anywhere online before - good or bad - but just felt like we owed a little public gratitude for how great our family’s experience has been with 33 Property Management. 33 Propery Management has been a lifesaver for me and my two sisters. Recently our 90 year old parents had to suddenly leave their home of 51 years for assisted living. Navigating this process has been the hardest thing we have ever done. On top of that, we needed to rent the house to pay for their care.
That’s where Rich and his team came to our rescue. He has been tremendously helpful to us getting the house set up to rent, in so many ways! He has been extremely patient as well as sympathetic to us and our nearly impossible situation . Among the MANY things he has helped us with, he even on his own time and dime built us a sprinkler box that was falling apart, that really said something to me❤️ Rich has spent so much time with us answering questions, going to the house constantly for us since none of us are there full time, and working on our huge project…
Our house is rented now to tenants that we feel are perfect for us.
I can’t say enough about Rich and 33 Property Management. Please use them as your Property manager you won’t be disappointed.
