We worked with David for months until finding the perfect home for us. He was great to work with. He was honest and did not sugarcoat potential issues with some of the homes we seen. He approached each home as if he were buying it, looking for things that could turn into costly repairs or items that were not up to code. he understood the price range we were working with and didn't try to up sell us on a home that would have been out of our comfort level. He was even able to get us a better loan deal through Keller Mortgage, which helped us with some of the closing fees.

The Bernal team even threw us a house warming party! i don't know any other real estate team in town that would do that.
