Jerry is great to work with. I sold my home in June and needed to find a larger home in a very specific area. Jerry kept me informed of available properties in the area, and a few interesting ones just outside. He presented my offers to other realtors and fought to get me the best price.
I had made an offer on a particular home, but multiple offers were also made, and a higher price was accepted. A few weeks later that deal fell through, and Jerry negotiated getting me the home at my original offer. Now that I am in my new home, Jerry is still in touch, offering any assistance possible with any improvements, or minor problems that may have come to my attention.
