I recently had to move and could not find anything suitable to rent. No one would return phone calls.
I stayed in an Airbnb for 40 days at a cost of almost $4000.
I finally came across a townhome for rent and contacted tri state realty. I picked up an application and spoke to the owner Lori and she was great.
Jodi the property manager called me three days later to let me know I was approved.
My experience has been great!

I have a rental property in Bullhead City and contracted Tri-State Realty to manage the property since I am out of state. I have been working with Jodie Koval for almost a couple of years and she has been fantastic. She keeps me informed of any maintenance related issues and just handles them with a great attitude. She communicates very well and responds back to all my e-mails. I have a great peace of mind with the management of my property; because she is so efficient.

I would recommend this company and Jodie to anyone with a property rental.

As someone who is renting a property managed by Tri state realty, the service is good. The people are nice and get any requests we have to the owner fast. My only issue is with the payment of rent. It would be nice to be able to pay with a card. They only take cash/check/moneyorder.

Lady is very rude! I called to ask the price for rent and deposit on a property and she replied "do you even have a job!". Have some respect and yes me and my fiance both still have our job thankfully.

This place is unprofessional. Don’t bother trying to rent a property with them. You’ll get the run around and will never get a response. Called 3 days back to back and kept getting the answering machine.
We were excited about a property and drove 4 & 1/2 hours from California thinking we were getting the keys and signing paperwork. But we’re told that it was basically a meet & greet... we were under the impression that the place was ours after we put a deposit to hold it. I don’t understand how a “property manager” can’t get ahold of an owner for over a week straight. Seems very fishy.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If I could I wouldn’t even give this place a star!
