I’m so thankful I met Cindy when I did, she was able to come and address a MAJOR issue for us with our old slumlord, as well as give us information and listened to our issues. She was able to help us get most of our security deposit back and she was kind/patient and very communicative. I would definitely recommend her business to family and friends.

Wife and husband trash business will keep your deposit , will lock ya in contract with husband as the only person thst can work on anything and if you fix it you get charged, if you tell them fix it they make excuses and never show. They lie cheat and steal in all renting ways possible I'd stay very far away. Her husband is a 1 star Mr fix it used to rob tenant's while locked on lease

I would give you more than Five Stars if I could. I met Cindy & Doug due to the unfortunate circumstance of my Father passing away. There are no words to describe the amount of compassion they both have. (I am across the country). I was unable to make the trip to AZ to gather my Father's personal effects. Cindy and Doug kept in touch with me from Day 1,worked with me to be sure the items I wanted were returned to me, and any remaining items were donated to close by organizations. They took the time to pack and ship those items. You will not find two more caring and wonderful people. If I were to ever move to AZ my go to would be Singer & Co, as well as Colorado River Construction. Thank you both for everything you have done to make this difficult time easier

I had a great experience with Cindy. She listed my riverfront condo and had it sold in days after listing it. She not only did a complete evaluation and complete review of sold and available homes in the market. Cindy emailed her large data base of customers throughout the area. Cindy has a extensive background in accounting and property management. She can offer options to both buyers wanting rental clients after there purchasing for added income in the months you don’t use property. I have know Cindy 10 plus years and believe she’s the best in the business. I was a California licensed real agent many years and loved her caring nature. She’s the best! The absolute worst experience, please look for another company her emotions get in the way of her professional decisions .she attempted to evict me with a lease to sell a house at peak market. That house 2843 Dakota trail has been empty for 3 years now.

If you want personal service, someone who is willing to sit down and explain the process of listing and renting your income property, look no further. Cindy sat with me & my husband and explained the whole process of having a management company. We have self managed our income property for over 20 years & we are tired of doing all the work. Having Singer Properties has been a godsend. We live out of state and knowing we can just send a text or email & someone on the other end is getting things done.
