Angel makes you feel like you’ve been lifelong friends from the moment you meet her. Not only is she extremely personable and knowledgable, but she also is funny and just so easygoing. By far, the easiest realtor to work with. Buying and selling can be a very stressful time, but Angel has got it! You don’t need to worry about a thing. Our house was under contract within a week and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The price point she suggested was right on target and it showed with how fast we were able to get under contract. Angel is a gem and knows her stuff. 1000 out of 10. Would do it all over again. As a Bakersfield transplant, I wanted to learn more about the area so I did what any reasonable millennial would do; I went to Instagram… and that’s where I found Angel. My next step was to lure my parents to Bakersfield too, so I did the obvious… had a baby. I connected my mom and Angel and the rest is history! Angel showed my parents TWENTY-SEVEN houses over the course of their search but her patience was just the cherry on top. She showed extensive knowledge of each zip code they had an interest in and was familiar with every agent we interacted with. Angel treated us like she’s known us for years, giving us the inside scoop of the town while she rocked my newborn to sleep. Her comfortable, friendly demeanor allowed my parents to find the perfect home and “happy place” for our ever-growing family. I acted as the Mortgage Broker for my parent’s transaction and Angel was easy to work with in every aspect. She was always easy to reach, communicated clearly and never shied away from the unpleasantries that can come along with Real Estate. For the first time in 6 years, my family is together and it wouldn’t have happened without Angel.

Angel is a godsend to the Bakersfield realestate community. After the first meeting with Angel, we knew she was the one we wanted to work with on our journey. She was engaging, honest, knowledgeable and cares about her clients. She is a GREAT communicator and gave us updates every step of the way. She was not pushy and let us make our own decisions but would give good input when needed. She gave good recommendations on local lenders, handyman, and other services needed to make buying a house and moving in, a smooth process. She made us feel like we were her only clients with the level of attention she gave us. We never felt as if we were bothering her when we had questions or concerns. After we moved into our home she still checked on us to see how we were settling in and was still available to answer questions. We are effusive when recommending her to people who are looking into moving to Bakersfield. We would definitely use her in the future for buying another property. My only complaint is that this review only allows you put 5 stars, she deserves so many more.
