Our realtor Rhonda Canady was amazing. She is both professional & personable. She has a vast knowledgeable of the business and did her research on our property and the area prior to ever meeting with us to sell our home. We had a very unique property in southwest Bakersfield and she was able to help us price it appropriately and her marketing made a fairly rapid sell possible. After our closing she also put us in touch with another Coldwell Banker agent in another state. I highly recommend Coldwell Banker and their agents for both selling or buying.

Our realtor Rhonda Canady was nothing short of amazing. First, her communication skills are impeccable. I am big on detail and communication and she stayed in touch with us every step of the way through this entire process, even when she was on vacation... this woman never REALLY has a vacation she works too hard, but is exactly what I want in a realtor. Our lender was horrible, and this took 3 months to close because of my lender. She stuck with us the whole way fought for us, looked out for our rights. Really can't say enough great things about my experience with her. 29 year she has been in the business and it shows. She is professional and knowledgeable and really just has the best intentions for her clients. It was a pleasure to work with her and we finally have our first family home. THANK YOU!

We are very disappointed with the lack of professional approach and apparent dishonesty to our transaction. I would never never recommend to anyone to use their services.
Recently, I have been contacted through Facebook page by a few people who suffered financially and emotionally from their agents who misrepresented their transactions. They asked me for advice !!!! They screamed for help!!!!

One of the families' agent left them without basic family needs and wouldn't return their calls and emails. This family has been waiting to sign their escrow for 6 months. Can you imagine that? What would you do finding yourself in that kind of situation? What would you do realizing that your agent to whom you trusted has never provided documents to the seller's party? What would you do finding your house full of contingencies 30 days after the inspection day?
