I’m sure glad we are being deleted from Karpe’s vendor list Garcia sees her way and doesn’t care for tenants at all bad judgement on Karpe’s owner for not seeing bad judgement calls on her part and always quick to blame others for her miss use of her position

Originally GF was thrilled with this management company at how responsive they seemed to be in her search for properties Kern.

However this experience has left her heart broken.

GF was informed that PG&E needed to be contacted during the move only.

Approximately a month into the move a man came by threatening to turn off the gas due to non payment. So she set up an account for payment

Shortly after that the water was shut off on the weekend without prior notice.

After of which the water company was contacted who claimed they were closed and only available for emergencies like pipes bursting not to restore water.

In short: she’s have to wait until Monday with her children with no running water to bathe or cook and on Mother’s Day whilst she has her kids for the year.

Absolutely horrible management. Told me they could do nothing to help prevent issue.

I have had to call the police on 4 separate occasions because of trespassers (at times with weapons) looking through my windows to my home! I asked for fence or something to protect windows for break-in. Was not given any solutions.

After years of renting out out property by ourselves we turned it over to Karpe a few years ago with no regrets. So much easier: no vetting of potential renters,no worries about renters calling you on the weekend with plumbing or electrical problems etc. 100% recommend them. Stephanie and her team are excellent!

Thea is very unprofessional and does not care about her tenants. They made us wait months to have things fixed in the house that was not our fault and some things were never fixed in the two years of living there. We always paid our rent on time and had so many issues with Karpe. When we moved out the company took out whole security deposit to fix things that were broke or messed up prior to us moving in. We had to file a dispute and even then we didn’t even get a third of it back. I would not recommend renting from Karpe. Save your time, money and patience and go with another company.
